Brought to you by CP Haus, the creators of Bozeman’s South Rows Condominiums, Gran Cielo Subdivision, and Talbach House Condos, these affordable Livingston condominiums feature thoughtful floorplans, durable finishes, and energy efficient windows. The increasing cost of housing in Bozeman and the surrounding area has continued to restrict the option of home ownership. One of the goals of this project was to extend the wealth-building option of ownership to more people.
The Lykke project is the quintessential demonstration of a CP Haus residential development. While this is a luxury condominium community, it’s designed to be environmentally sensitive and energy efficient featuring both private and common outdoor spaces that contribute to the sense of community and well-being. These premium condos are outfitted from top to bottom with luxe materials from northern Europe, from wood floors and high-end tile to elegant fixtures. The 14 new units are three-bedroom with two and a half bath, 2,200-2,500 square feet, and listed around $600,000. Because the property was an old farmstead that was eventually surrounded by the city, we worked to preserve as many of the mature trees as possible and maintain the close-to-nature feel of the property. The crescendo of this effort was the reimaging of the original farmhouse into a beautiful 3,500 square foot, four-bedroom three and a half bath home that integrates beautifully with the new homes around it.
Bedrock 11 perfectly demonstrates how innovation and style come together under the CP Haus name to deliver enduring and functional projects to the market. These eleven houses were created using three different designs that are all semi-custom in their own respect, resulting in nine, unique homes. Designed in collaboration with SMA, Mosaic, and Studio H architects, this single-family development on the south end of Bozeman’s Southbridge Subdivision is currently listed.
South Rows is a single-family home alternative condominium community. Each unit provides all the features and amenities of a single-family, detached house as well as the economy and convenience of a condominium community. Through the thoughtful design of the site plan, we were able to create dynamic and intimate spaces for the residents. Those looking to buy can choose from floor plans ranging from 1,600-2,200 square feet, available in both two and a half or three and a half bed and bath options.
Talbach House is comprised of 66 one and two-bedroom condominium units, ranging from 625-1,000 square feet. Our goal with this project was to create attainable housing for Bozeman’s young professionals, singles, and empty nesters that still offered them access to quality construction with luxury finishes and amenities.
Lot 19 is a collection of luxury, detached condominiums that were designed in collaboration with Mosaic Architecture out of Helena, Montana. This seven-unit development was designed in Danish style with a heavy focus on family living.
Our first real foray into construction of units geared more towards early homeownership, Platinum Ridge was ideal for all home buying demographics seeking well-thought-out, efficient design. These compact houses range from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet with two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a large laundry and storage room over the garage. This project sold out before completion.
